It may seem like a small thing to some, but at Croydon, we try and celebrate all of our Foundation Year 1 doctors birthdays. We will try and bring a surprise cake to their teaching sessions so that everyone can wish them a Happy Birthday and indulge in some cake. It’s the small things that count after all 😉
